Add paprika wedges and you will love it!

- red onion - 1
- garlic clove - 1
- peas - 110g
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cannellini beans - 400g can
- wholemeal breadcrumbs - 60g
- chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
- egg - 1
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper - 1
- baking potatoes - 4 x 225g
- Low calorie cooking spray
- paprika - 2 tsp
- chopped dill - 1 tbsp
- carrots - 2
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas 7.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots and crush the garlic.
Place in a pan with the peas, ginger and cinnamon, just covered with water.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain and place in a bowl.
Place the beans in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl with the vegetables, breadcrumbs and herbs.
Beat the egg and add to the mixture with seasoning to taste.
Mix well, shape into 8 burgers, cover and chill.
Cut the potatoes into thick wedges and place in a pan of salted boiling water.
Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Drain and cool.
Spray a non-stick pan with low calorie cooking spray, sprinkle with paprika and season to taste. Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, lightly spray the burgers with low calorie cooking spray and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Divide the wedges and veggie burgers between four serving plates and serve with baked beans.
