Delicious brunch, perfect for weekends !



Chop up veg, garlic, chilli and bacon, fry in a wok for 5 mins (I usually add a little water to stop it sticking), then add everything else except the eggs, and cook on a medium heat for about 20 mins (until sauce has reduced). Meanwhile, poach your eggs to your liking. Once done, half the mix on each plate, eggs on top and bon apetit !
