Seafood bonanza in the comfort of your own home

Season the steak to taste.
Heat a griddle pan sprayed with low calorie cooking spray, add the steak and cook over a high heat for 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
Meanwhile, toss the prawns in the lemon juice and half of the parsley.
Add to the griddle pan for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Make the red pepper butter: deseed and dice the pepper, place in a bowl with the spread, the remaining parsley and black pepper to taste and mix.
Place the steak on 4 warmed serving plates, arrange the prawns and red pepper butter on top and serve with green veg.
