Take the skin off the sausages and place in a bowl, mash up so it's in one great big lump.
Add the onion little bit at a time until its to your liking. Add salt and the mixed herbs (again to your liking)
Place a small sausage shape in each half of the thin and roll up as tightly as possible (bottom half is easy, top half is hard!)
Once all done, brush with an egg, pop in the oven for 180 degrees for 10 mins.
After 10 mins, take out, roll over and egg wash the other side, pop in for another 10 mins
