Salt n Pepper Chips

Syn free tastes just like chippys


Boil a pan of water until bubbling. Place your chip potatoes in the water and boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain them off and give them a shake up to fluff up the edges.
Fry up the onions and peppers together.
Add all other ingredients and fry for a further 4 mins keep stirring.
Add the peppers and onions to your chip potatoes give a good shake up.
Spray with Fry light.
Put in oven on gas mark 9 top shelf. Give them a shake every 5 mins until golden and crispy.
