Instructions

Mix salmon, chives, lemon juice and flour together.
Season with pepper.
Form mixture into 3 patties.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook patties in 3 tsp. olive oil until golden, about 4 minutes per side.
Serve atop greens tossed with vinegar and remaining 1 tsp. olive oil.
