Quorn Bolognese

A classic Italian vegetarian recipe!

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes
  • Cook Time : 25 minutes

Instructions

Dry fry the onion and garlic until softened, add tomatoes, herbs and Bovril bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 mins.
Add the mushrooms and Quorn and continue to simmer for 10 more mins.
