Broil pork chop on foil-lined baking sheet for about 30 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in chop reads 160°F.
Sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute; add green beans and sauté until beans are al dente, about 6 minutes more.
Poke holes in sweet potato with a fork and microwave until tender, about 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
