Minced Beef Keema

Dry fry mince in one pan, in another pan spray then fry off onions and carrots then add the spices cook for 2 mins.
Add purees and passata or tinned toms, add bovril and stir well.
Once minced has browned, drain then add to sauce mix continue stirring bring up to boil then reduce to a simmer for 30-40mins
