This recipe will give you a taste and yummy Keema Curry
- Cook Time : 30 minutes
In a large non stick pan, brown the mince and onion for 5 minutes and drain. Add the curry powder and potatoes and fry for 1 minute more.
Pour in the stock and tomatoes, season, cover & simmer for 25 minutes (or until potatoes are cooked).
Finnaly, mix in the peas and cook for a further 5 minutes
