Add half the olive oil into a heated skillet, sauté mushrooms as well as spinach, and remove to some sort of plate. Add remaining olive oil for the skillet. Crack egg into the actual pan, and cook sunny-side upwards. Add egg to vegetables. Drizzle having Sriracha sauce.
