Take 2 chicken breasts and cover them in tandoori seasoning.
Cook in the oven until done.
Meanwhile, fry 1 onion off in frylight. Add 3 tablespoons of curry powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric salt and pepper mix together.
Then add 1 cup of rice mix and coat the rice add 2 cups of hot water and 2 chicken stock cubes simmer until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
