Mix the flour & butter to form a breadcrumb consistency then add the 12 tbsp sweetener, mix in the fromage frais, egg yolk & chocolate chips & mix well... Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper & roll the 'dough' into 28 small balls, flatten slightly & transfer to the tray... Place in the oven for 15 mins @ 150° or until golden brown this mix is 56 syns so seperated into 28 is 2 syns each
